The speed in which I was checked in, even though my plane was late I was still able to get a shuttle to the hotel from the airport, and tbe next day to the port to catch my cruise!

Thermostat in room didn’t work they didn’t give a damn called the went down there still not working it was either hot or freezing no in between
THis was the second time that we've stayed at this hotel for one night, pre-cruise, as it's located extremely near the cruise ship terminal that we needed to get to. The room itself was clean & satisfactory, couldn't fault that, and for an additional charge we were able to get an early check in, at around 11:00, following our long & tiring journey from the UK. This was very much appreciated, and meant that we could make the most of our time here.
